I know its been slightly quiet on the news front here at RC Web Development, but we have some new projects in the wings. A Redevelopment of one of our existing customers, and a couple of new Sites. There have also been some new changes to our CMS system we have been implementing to help admin tasks go smoothly! and we have been baking in some of the most popular SEO rich snippets for google! Recently we upgraded our client: The New Zealand Community Association's website to use the latest version of our CMS System. As requested we added the ability to allow them to create survey/forms on the fly. As well as this, we've also changed some of the layout to help with its mobile responsivness, and speeding up the load times. We arnt done with the changes yet, theres a fair bit of new backend to go in once its been approved. We've recently broken into version 2 of our CMS system, this added aload of new features to the back end! such as a skeleton of a messaging system (which will be developed to allow direct messaging of users), script queuing and a few backend clean ups. We are working on putting together a demo site for people to test this one, but in the mean time if a demo is required we can sort this out!

Our hosting provider has been have a few problems over the past weekend, these seem to have been solved now! but let us know if you run into any other problems using out contact form.We've also been spending some time recently working on updating our CMS core, we are still working on this, we dont have any details to release just yet, but watch this space! our main goal for this update is to enable remote updating, using our update servers to keep your CMS's on the highest versions of our plugins!
